OLYMP FITNESS personal trainers all have the common goal of working with you to improve your health and fitness. As trainers we work together to continuously improve our knowledge and experience. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase your strength and speed for your sport or rehabilitate an injury, we all work as a team with our varying to skills to help you achieve your goals.

Principal Trainer Timur Ponomarev

  • CPR Certification for Fitness Professionals
  • Awarded Honored Master of Sports of Russia in 2000.
  • Recognized nationally as 3 times Weight Lifting Champion of Altai, Russia
  • 10 yrs experience competing professionally in Weight Lifting.
  • Worked as a Fitness Consultant at The Pavilion, Goodlife Fitness
  • 12 years experience as a Personal Trainer and Weight Lifting Coach
