One on One

Personal Training with OLYMP FINESS offers you intense and varied workouts that are focused solely on you and your fitness needs. With Personal Training you’ll have a motivated and dedicated exercise professional by your side for every minute of your workout, this allows for a more guided and technical approach to your training and gives you and your trainer the time and space to ensure you are performing every exercise safely and effectively.

 

Couples

Olymp Fitness offers personal training for couples that is fun and challenging, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and support. You are getting individualized instruction and supervision from your own personal trainer. Couples training is a dynamic workout that is geared towards all fitness levels and is done both indoor and outdoor.

 

Families

OLYMP FITNESS offers a unique opportunity to stay healthy get fit and work out as a family.  The classes are structured such that they are appropriate for children but still demanding enough for adults. Using exercise as an opportunity to bond with your children and introducing it to them as something that is fun, rather than as a chore, will set them on a path to a lifelong healthy and positive way of thinking.
 

Groups

Work out with your friends or coworkers in a group setting. Achieve results with the help of your trainer and team. Participants love the competiveness and challenge of others which creates a strong work ethic and great motivation to succeed. OLYMP FITNESS Boot Camp programs are a perfect way to work out as a group.
