Limited space is required as most exercises are built around resistance training using a stability ball, rubber tubes & and one’s own body weight. Emphasis is placed on core training and building a strong foundation for future success. During a preliminary consultation, each person’s specific fitness goals, nutritional habits and medical history are identified and a training strategy is developed.The duration of all in home personal training sessions can range between thirty to sixty minutes, depending on the individual’s needs and fitness level. Price of each session will be varied from $60-$80 depends on quantity per week and duration of sessions.


New clients’ introductory package 50/session:
Between noon to 4 pm: $50/session for a one month package. Choose either 5 sessions (once a week) or 9 sessions (twice a week). These low rates are usually only available for a three times a week package.
